Mindfulness Club
Mindfulness club is about skill building! Mindfulness means paying full attention to what is happening in the present moment and not be overly reactive or overwhelmed by what is going on around us.
Here are our club goals:

Engage in fun lessons in wellness techniques (i.e., deep breathing, mindful coloring, mindful story time, sensory & physical activities)

Develop listening and focus skills

Develop empathy and emotional regulation skills

Develop physical competence
Open to: Grades 3, 4, and 5
Meets on: Wednesday
